**Job Summary**:
Equitas Small Finance Bank is looking for an experienced and proactive Accounts Payable Executive to manage day-to-day accounts payable operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
Manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, including invoice verification, coding, approvals, and payment processing
Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST and TDS in compliance with statutory requirements
Handle vendor payments as per agreed terms and maintain good vendor relationships
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate ledger balances
Maintain up-to-date records of all payable transactions and supporting documents for audit purposes
Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor queries
Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement and finance to streamline payment processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Assist in month-end closing activities related to payablesKey Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of GST filing and TDS filing
Experience with invoice processing and vendor payment cycles
Proficient in reconciliation of accounts
Working knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (Tally/SAP/Oraclepreferred)
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
