**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source top technical talent using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
