**Job Title: Dispatch Coordinator**

**Location**: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Overview**: The Dispatch Coordinator plays a crucial role in the elevator manufacturing industry by managing the logistics of product dispatch and ensuring timely and efficient delivery to clients. This position requires coordination between production, warehouse, and transportation teams to facilitate smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Coordination**: Schedule and oversee the dispatch of elevator components and finished products to customers.
- **Logistics Management**: Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor stock levels and work with inventory management to prevent shortages or delays.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including packing lists and shipping labels.
- **Customer Communication**: Provide updates to customers regarding delivery schedules and resolve any delivery issues or delays.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all dispatch activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports on dispatch activities, delivery performance, and any issues encountered.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduation required
- **Experience**: Previous 2-3 years of experience in dispatch coordination, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in dispatch software, and ability to multitask effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in shipping and documentation.
