**StrategyDotZero** is Gravity’s proprietary platform intended to disrupt the way strategy is experienced and executed across organisations. It is a cloud-based enterprise platform that takes a systemic and collaborative approach to strategy design and execution focused on strategic alignment, capability improvement and enterprise business performance management.

Besides StrategyDotZero Gravity also focuses on creating and exploring visions demos, POC’s that can change the way design and design business is looked at.

**About the role**

We are looking for an outstanding designer to join our User Experience team for an enterprise product. We are looking for someone who can work with designers, product managers, consultants and engineers to create intuitive and rich user interfaces.

You must have:

- At least **3 -5 years of experience** with designing and shipping enterprise/consumer-based digital software products
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Skills to create elegant, delightful experiences that create value and solve human problems
- An eye for pixel-perfect detail that can spot the difference between Roboto and Helvetica Neue
- Strong interaction design skills with an ability to design states, transitions and animations.
- Ability to work collaboratively and constructively in a highly cross-functional team
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud - XD, Illustrator etc. or similar design tools
- Ability to quickly sketch out solutions on a whiteboard, on paper, on Balsamiq or on paper napkins, whenever required.

It would be awesome if you have one of these:

- Data visualisation skills using D3, Processing etc.
- Knowledge/skills in front end development using HTML, Javascript, CSS, Angular. JQuery etc.
- Business intelligence/analytics skills
- Ability to manage small teams, projects or products

- it could be a mix of sketches, articles, wireframes, mockups or case studies. Please ensure you give us enough context to your work to help us understand your work better.
