**Who We Are**

**About the Role**

We're looking for a passionate and creative product designer with hands-on experience building compelling web experiences for customers. You will partner across the Headspin organization and introduce and shape product design, iterate on existing product designs, and contribute to early product development investigations.

**What You'll Do**
- Partner with engineers, product managers, product marketing and others to ensure new products have a vision and strategy aligning user needs with business objectives
- Work with product and executive stakeholders to identify proposals towards Headspin’s business objectives, e.g. making Headspin a more enjoyable and intuitive tool to use, improving in-product user onboarding, increasing user conversion rates, etc.
- Run UX research as needed to validate ideas and designs while helping with other UX research as need arises
- Oversee and participate as-needed in the design process, from concept and strategy, to wireframing, prototyping, user testing and final execution
- Instill a culture of continuous discovery across the organization
- Ensure new product and technical explorations have a deep understanding of how people might use them and are grounded in the delivery of user values

**What You’ll Need**
- Have prior experience and a strong portfolio of end-to-end product design projects rolled out to users
- Have worked in a product org, closely with engineers and product managers in a pod / squad model
- Prior experience with design of a SaaS or a web-based product product is heavily preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to details (to the pixel)
- Very organized when building complex sites/web apps
- Experience with mobile apps, devices or Headspin is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design
