Overview:
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Training the new hires on US Healthcare, Medical Coding and Medical Terminology
- Should be able to create Medical Coding Exams
- Designing and developing training modules
- Developing assessment tools**: Evaluations and knowledge checks, exercises
- Providing constructive feedback
- Establish, monitor, and implement training schedule.
- Developing and maintaining training plans and other MIS reports
- Train large size classes remotely
- Tracking changes and updates in US Healthcare, Medical Coding and Medical Billing domains

**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years of Medical Coding experience including 2 years of Training.
- Life Sciences Graduates Preferred
- CRC Certification is mandatory
- Experience as Trainer is mandatory
- Should be open to work in shifts if required

- Excellent analytical and logical skills
- Excellent at providing Feedback
- Good at Trend Analysis

**JOB DEMANDS**
- Should be open for domestic travel as per business requirements
- Support processes ramp up
- Retrain the trainees as and when required

**KEY CONSTITUENTS**
- No direct reports.
- Works with different teams across the organization.
- Trainer success is measured based on the pass % of each batch in the CRC exam
