**Call Centre - Trainer (Tamil)**:
*We are hiring for a Tamil Voice Trainer*

**Eligibility**: 1+ years of experience as a Call center Voice process trainer.
**Shift**: Required flexibility to work in any shift
**Working**: 6 days a week (Flexible week off excluding Sat, Sun)

**Responsibilities**:

- Take care of Call center Voice process training
- OJT performance monitoring and providing support post-certification
- Conduct regular refreshers as per process requirement
- Present weekly Training review deck
