**Location**: Navi Mumbai

The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth. The CFO will be the go-to person on everything related to planning, scaling accounting and financial processes, capitalization table management, investor relations, financial strategy, accounting, and regulatory compliance for the rapidly growing company. The person will work hand-in-hand with the leadership team on overreaching business decisions and strategy. This is a dynamic, hybrid role for someone to translate their finance + startup experience in scaling an early-stage, high-growth, and mission-driven startup.

**Job Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Drive the company’s financial planning
- Evaluating lease proposals, vehicle loans and overall fleet financing decisions for cost optimization
- Identifying the potential adjustments on the Earnings, Net debt, Working capital and Assets
- Perform risk management by analysing the organisation’s liabilities and investments
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organisation’s operations
- Providing leadership, direction and management to the Finance and accounting team
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Set up and oversee the company’s finance system
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
- Excellent relationship with the Banks, financial institutions, and Investors for using financial resources to achieve the company's general objectives, optimising performance by negotiating terms
- Developing and administering key processes of periodic internal and statutory Audits through external Audit firms and Internal Audit committees

**Qualification & Required Skills**:

- Proven experience as CFO, Finance Head/VP or relevant role
- CA with relevant experience of 15+ years
- Proven experience in the Logistics Industry and/or Vehicle Financing/Auto/EV Industry
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
