**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and address any concerns or issues they may have.
- Build and develop relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs and providing them with appropriate solutions.
- Engage in sales activities, including cold calling, networking events, and product presentations, to generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure effective communication with clients to understand their requirements and provide accurate information about our services.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, including sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends, to the management team on a regular basis.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Ernakulam.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Willingness to travel for client visits, approximately once or twice a month.

- Bachelor's (preferred)
