Process Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities of Process Coordinator:
- **
- To understand and implement key company processes.
- To monitor all processes and follow up with internal stakeholders for the completion of the same.
- Communicating with clients about order dispatch and delivery.
- Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and other clients to gauge satisfaction and success of the processes.
- Tracking customer payments and reporting late payments status.
- Collaborating with clients and finance teams about payment status.
- Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure systems are followed based on FMS.
- Maintain and check processes related to office supplies.
- Maintain and check the Housekeeping processes.
- Maintain and check stationery requirements and the stationery requisition process.
- Bring to management notice in case any changes are required in the current processes. Implement changes required in process along with the MDO team.
**Key skills required**:
- Understanding and exposure to industry working and processes.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and excel.
- Good communication skills.
**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
