2. Creating & Managing project schedules, ensuring tasks are allocated efficiently and deadlines are met.

3. Coordinating with different departments to allocate resources

4. Strategic planning & advisory.

5. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency & effectiveness.

6. Addressing any issues that arise during task execution and finding solutions to keep the task on track.

7. Internal stake holder management.

8. Ensure quality documents & part handover from NPD to Production.

9. Generating Production / Project execution reports for Clients.

10. Machine / Parts quality inspection process organizing for client.

11. Material dispatch work in terms of material Production, Testing, Finance clearance. *Qualifications* - Proven experience in process management or a related field - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry, Mail management, communications skills and analysis - Familiarity with customer support practices - Knowledge of coordinator procedures - Experience in - Ability to type efficiently - Proficiency in Google Suite is preferred - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
