Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Technical Support Executive - Online Support** to join our team in Chennai. The role involves providing online technical assistance and resolving customer issues related to our **label printers** and **thermal printers**. Freshers with good communication skills and a smart attitude are welcome to apply.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide **online support** to customers for label and thermal printer-related queries.
- **Maintain and update** customer interaction and support data in **Excel**.
- Handle **customer escalations** effectively and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product-related issues or escalated cases.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional support.
- Attend **product training** sessions to stay updated on technical specifications.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in **Hindi and Tamil** is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in **Excel**.
- Ability to manage customers calmly and professionally.
- Educational qualification**:Any stream / Any degree**.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
