**Call Management**:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments, staff, or units.
- Provide basic information to callers, including hospital services, directions, visiting hours, and general inquiries.
- Respond to emergency calls appropriately, following established protocols.
- **Patient Information Support**:
- Assist patients and their families with general inquiries related to appointments, services, and procedures.
- Verify patient identification and redirect calls to the correct department when necessary.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Relay messages accurately and promptly to doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.
- Document and track all calls, messages, and inquiries in the hospital’s communication system.
- **Emergency Handling**:
- Prioritize and manage emergency calls, ensuring that they are directed to the correct emergency department or healthcare personnel.
- Maintain composure during high-pressure situations, providing calm and professional assistance.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of incoming calls, messages, and caller inquiries.
- Ensure that patient confidentiality and hospital policies are always adhered to.
- **Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with hospital departments, staff, and external agencies to ensure smooth communication within the facility.
- Assist in scheduling appointments or coordinating services where required.
- **Additional Duties**:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as updating patient directories, assisting with internal hospital communication systems, and ensuring the switchboard is operating efficiently.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on hospital protocols and systems.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
