**Sales Support**: Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
- **Participate in Tenders**: As per instruction participate and prepare documents for Govt tenders on day to day basis.
- **Order Processing**: Efficiently process order in our system and track customer orders, including order entry, order confirmation, and order status updates.
- **Sales Documentation**: Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as quotations, contracts, and invoices.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- **Problem Resolution**: between customers and the sales team to resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
