**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and festivals.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to guide content creation.
- Social Media Content Creation
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Experiment with trending formats, sounds, and reels to boost reach and engagement.
- E-commerce Content
- Write SEO-friendly product descriptions, titles, and metadata for NeXushubs’ marketplace.
- Design visually appealing product creatives for listings and campaigns.
- Video & Design
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality short-form videos (DIY demos, toy unboxings, workshop promos).
- Use Canva/Adobe/CapCut (or similar tools) to design creatives, infographics, and digital assets.
- Community Engagement
- Work with influencers, UGC creators, and parents to amplify brand presence.
- Collect and repurpose customer testimonials, reviews, and UGC into branded content.
- Content Writing
- Draft blogs, newsletters, and educational posts to engage parents and drive organic reach.
- Ensure tone, language, and visuals remain consistent with NeXushubs brand guidelines.

**Requirements & Skills**
- Strong creative writing and storytelling ability.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content trends.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
- **Basic knowledge of SEO and e-commerce content optimization (preferred).**:

- Photography/videography skills are a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi; regional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and bring fresh, creative ideas.
