**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create high-quality **short-form and long-form content** for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Generate fresh, trending, and relatable content ideas regularly.
- Develop scripts, captions, storyboards, and creative concepts.
- Shoot and edit videos using mobile or professional equipment.
- Design visually appealing graphics, reels, and posts.
- Stay updated with **viral trends**, memes, music, and platform algorithms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, designers, and editors.
- Optimise content based on analytics, insights, and audience behaviour.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and style guidelines are followed.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of SEO and social media algorithms (bonus).

**Preferred Qualities**
- Trend-savvy and highly creative.
- Comfortable in front of the camera.
- Good sense of humour and relatability.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new formats and ideas.
- Strong research skills for informative/psychology/fact-based content.
