We are seeking a **dynamic and versatile Content Creator** to produce engaging, high-quality multimedia content that resonates with our target audience across digital platforms. This role goes beyond writing — it requires creativity across video, social media, and visual storytelling to drive brand awareness and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and produce multimedia content (videos, reels, stories, social posts) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Write engaging captions, short-form scripts, and content copy aligned with brand messaging.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketers to execute creative campaigns.
- Shoot and edit short videos and behind-the-scenes content on-site.
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and platform-specific formats.
- Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Monitor post-performance and audience engagement, and iterate content strategy accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
- Comfortable working in front of the camera or directing others.
- Strong understanding of trends and best practices across social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Must be willing and able to work **onsite** at our office full-time.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of photography and studio lighting.
- Experience in influencer collaborations or community engagement.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
