As a member of the Support organization, you will resolve post-sales customer inquiries via phone and electronic means. Your focus is to provide first level customer support, including product configuration issues, triage and confirming contracts.

**About the Team & Position**:
The Global Delivery Operations team delivers products to Oracle customers across a broad range of industry leading Construction and Engineering projects globally.

In this role you will be part of the Operations team and will support the Sales, Customer Success and Product Teams by maintaining databases for the tools and systems used daily.

Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to follow established procedures and be comfortable taking responsibility for timely and thorough completion of repetitive tasks is required

**What you will do**:

- Use spreadsheets to accurately enter Operational data into web-based systems
- Complete various allocated data entry tasks, as required
- Communicate proactively with Project Lead when questions or issues arise
- Be reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic while completing repetitive tasks
- Be willing to assist with other activities when required

**What you’ve done**
- Have verified experience at using Microsoft Office tools and performing Data Entry tasks
- Demonstrate accurate keyboard skills and self-administrative skills
- Experience following procedures with high level of accuracy
