- Regular follow-up with existing clients to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
4. **Product Knowledge**
- Having an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services.
- Effectively communicating product benefits and addressing any customer concerns.
- Keeping up-to-date with product features, updates, and industry trends.
5. **Sales Conversion and Closing Deals**
- Converting leads into sales through persuasive communication.
- Negotiating terms and prices to close deals effectively while adhering to company policies.
- Meeting or exceeding sales conversion goals, ensuring a high success rate.
6. **Communication Skills**
- Developing effective communication strategies to engage and persuade customers.
- Maintaining a positive and professional tone while talking to clients.
- Active listening skills to understand client needs and respond appropriately.
7. **Customer Feedback and Reporting**
- Gathering customer feedback on products, services, and the sales process.

- Effectively managing time to maximize the number of calls made and sales opportunities explored.
