Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-Day Operations:

- Handle order processing, packaging coordination, dispatch updates, and customer queries.
- Monitor and maintain online store performance to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Inventory Management:

- Track and manage inventory levels, stock-in and stock-out entries.
- Coordinate with suppliers for restocking and updating new arrivals.
- Creatives and Advertisements:

- Plan and coordinate photo shoots of new products (with designers/photographers if needed).
- Create and manage advertising creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and other online platforms.
- Collaborate with designers or use basic design tools (like Canva) to make social media posts, banners, etc.
- Website Updates:

- Add new products, descriptions, and collections on the website.
- Update homepage banners, promotional popups, and other website content as needed.
- Coordinate with the web developer for technical changes, if necessary.

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of website backend (Shopify, WordPress, or similar e-commerce platforms).
- Comfortable using Canva or other basic design tools for creatives.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (for inventory tracking).
- Knowledge of social media marketing is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any field (Fashion, E-commerce, or Marketing background preferred).
- 1+ years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with a creative mindset and willingness to learn can also apply).

Personality Traits:

- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and solution-oriented.
- Passionate about fashion, especially ethnic wear and sarees.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- E-Commerce: 1 year (preferred)
