**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC networks.
- Develop and implement strategic advertising initiatives to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and keyword targeting to improve performance.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor and manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid search advertising.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure compelling ad copy and messaging.
- Implement and refine audience segmentation strategies for precise targeting.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum **3+ years** of experience in managing paid search campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and third-party tracking solutions.
- Hands-on experience with campaign optimization techniques such as bid adjustments, keyword segmentation, and ad copy testing.
- Knowledge of search engine trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with budget management and forecasting.
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion tracking.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in performance marketing and direct response advertising.
- Familiarity with automation tools and AI-driven ad optimizations.
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital agencies.
