Operate HPDC machines as per work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Prepare and load die into machine, ensuring proper alignment and clamping.
- Monitor process parameters such as pressure, temperature, and cycle time.
- Conduct basic checks and cleaning of dies before and after production.
- Perform regular quality checks on cast components for defects (e.g., porosity, cracks, flash).
- Record daily production output, rejection data, and downtime reasons.
- Assist in minor die setting, lubrication, and machine maintenance activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the work area (5S).
- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any abnormalities, breakdowns, or safety hazards to supervisor immediately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
