**Position Overview**:
As a Trainee in PDC (Pressure Die Casting) Operator, Machine Shop Operator, and Final Inspections, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn the intricacies of each role within a manufacturing environment. Your primary responsibilities will include operating machinery, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring the smooth flow of production processes. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in multiple areas of manufacturing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pressure Die Casting (PDC) Operator Training**:

- Learn the fundamentals of pressure die casting processes.
- Understand the operation and maintenance of PDC machinery and equipment.
- Assist experienced operators in setting up, operating, and monitoring PDC machines.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working with PDC equipment.
- **Machine Shop Operator Training**:

- Gain knowledge of various machining techniques and processes.
- Familiarize yourself with different types of machining equipment such as lathes, milling machines, and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines.
- Assist in the setup and operation of machining tools according to specifications.
- Learn how to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints for machining operations.
- **Final Inspections Training**:

- Understand the importance of quality control in manufacturing.
- Learn how to conduct visual inspections and dimensional measurements to ensure product quality.
- Familiarize yourself with inspection tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Assist in identifying and documenting defects or discrepancies in manufactured parts.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and productivity.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in all job duties.
