Key Responsibilities of an Operator Trainee:

- **Assisting in Equipment Operation and Maintenance**:This involves learning to operate various machines and equipment, performing routine inspections, and assisting with maintenance tasks.
- **Following Safety Protocols**:Operator Trainees must adhere to established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**:This includes monitoring equipment performance, identifying any malfunctions, and reporting issues to supervisors.
- **Participating in Maintenance and Start-up/Shutdown Processes**:Trainees will be involved in preparing equipment for maintenance, assisting with start-up and shutdown procedures, and potentially learning how to conduct routine maintenance.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Operator Trainees may participate in initiatives to improve operational efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:They may be required to complete paperwork, maintain records of product transfers, and document inventory information.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Technical Skills**:A willingness to learn and develop technical skills related to specific machinery and equipment is essential.
- **Safety Awareness**:A strong understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to following them is crucial.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:The ability to identify and troubleshoot basic issues with equipment is important.
- **Communication Skills**:Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written, is necessary for reporting issues and collaborating with others.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
