- **Job Title: Dynamics 365 (D365) Technical Architect**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 (D365) Technical Architect to join our team. The D365 Technical Architect will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex solutions leveraging the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions that meet the organization's business needs. The D365 Technical Architect will play a critical role in guiding technical decisions, ensuring best practices, and driving innovation within the D365 ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration components.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Architect and implement scalable and maintainable solutions that align with industry best practices and Microsoft guidelines.
- Develop customizations using Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Perform code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft technologies, and evaluate their applicability to the organization's needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Architect or similar role, with at least [X years] of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform, including Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization capabilities, and integration options.
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as Azure, SQL Server, and SharePoint.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
- Microsoft certifications such as MB-600 (Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect) are desirable.
