We are looking for a responsible and experienced **Supervisor** to oversee daily operations and manage a team. The Supervisor will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and support management in achieving production and service targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the work of staff/team members.
- Ensure daily tasks are completed on time and meet company standards.
- Assign duties and monitor employee performance.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and shift management.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
- Train and support new employees.
- Report progress, issues, and requirements to management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a team and resolve conflicts.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Reports).
- Willingness to work in shifts as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,534.41 per month
