Civil Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate civil construction projects, ensuring that they are executed according to the project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Manage and oversee a team of construction workers, including laborers, equipment operators, and subcontractors.
- Provide guidance, instruction, and direction to the construction team, ensuring that they follow safety procedures and adhere to quality standards.
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure proper implementation.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues that may arise during the project.
- Monitor project progress, track expenses, and maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor usage.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and schedule the delivery of construction materials and equipment to the project site.
- Identify and address any potential risks or hazards on the construction site, taking necessary measures to mitigate them.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with applicable building codes, permits, and regulations.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including daily activity reports, to project managers and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, new construction techniques, and emerging technologies.

**Requirements**:

- A degree or certification in civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role in civil construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and practices in construction.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction software and tools for project management and documentation.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
