**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software based on sketches, specifications, and engineering data.
- Assist in the development of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other team members to clarify design details and resolve conflicts.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and documentation.
- Support the team in preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material schedules, if required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 4-8 years of hands-on experience in preparing technical drawings and shop drawings for interior fit-out projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software (e.g., Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks depending on industry).
- Understanding of construction methods, building codes, and technical standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹52,327.47 per month
