**Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive**:
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) aligned with the brand’s voice and objectives in coordination with graphic designer.
- Manage and grow social media pages by increasing followers, engagement, and reach.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, competitor activities, and user engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build community relationships.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and other team members for campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
