**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about the school’s admission process, programs, and other services.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding the admission requirements, fees, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, admissions, and appointments.
- Coordinate with the administration for follow-up and document verification.
- Assist in organizing school events, tours, and orientations.
- Ensure smooth communication between parents, staff, and students.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in schools or educational institutions.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to assist others.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
- Good command over English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of the local area (Gurugram).
- Familiarity with school admission systems and procedures is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,526.99 - ₹23,000.00 per month
