**Receptionist cum Back-office executive**
A receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing administrative tasks. They are often the first person a customer interacts with when they visit or call a business.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer service**: Greet visitors, answer questions, and provide a welcoming environment
- **Phone calls**: Answer incoming calls, record messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate employee
- **Mail**: Sort and deliver mail to employees
- **Administrative tasks**: Manage the front desk, process transactions, and issue receipts
- **Directing visitors**: Direct visitors to the correct person or department
A back-office executive performs administrative tasks to support a business's operations. They may handle data entry, process transactions, and maintain records. They may also help with customer support, inventory management, and reporting.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Data entry**: Enter data into company databases accurately and on time
- **Record keeping**: Organize and maintain physical and digital records
- **Workflow**: Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports and present findings to management
- **Customer support**: Answer customer inquiries, resolve problems, and provide information

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
