Goa Goa, India Marquis Beach Resort Full time

**Customer service**: Answering customer questions and providing assistance, including helping customers get the experience they want
- **Taking reservations**: Making reservations online or over the phone, and inputting reservation details into the hotel's system
- **Promoting hotel services**: Promoting hotel deals, services, and special offers to guests
- **Processing payments**: Processing payments and completing customer records
- **Preparing for arrivals and departures**: Preparing for the day's arrivals to ensure guest satisfaction, and reviewing the day's departures to ensure proper billing
- **Assisting with group billing**: Assisting with setting up and confirming group billing profiles
- **Coordinating room blocks**: Coordinating room blocks with housekeeping for early arrivals, VIP arrivals, and special cleaning requests

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
