Role Overview The Reservation Executive is responsible for managing bookings and ensuring an accurate and efficient reservation process. This role involves handling guest and travel agent inquiries, maintaining up-to-date availability records, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, online platforms, and travel agents. • Provide accurate information about property availability, features, and services. • Enter, update, and maintain reservations in the management system. • Process cancellations and modifications as per company policy. • Ensure timely confirmation of all bookings. • Maintain clear and organized records of reservations and availability. • Report to the Assistant General Manager – Operations.
