A leading Villa Management Company in Goa is seeking a Reservation Executive to assist guests with bookings and inquiries.

Role Overview
The Reservation Executive is responsible for managing bookings and ensuring an accurate and efficient reservation process. This role involves handling guest and travel agent inquiries, maintaining up-to-date availability records, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, online platforms, and travel agents.
• Provide accurate information about property availability, features, and services.
• Enter, update, and maintain reservations in the management system.
• Process cancellations and modifications as per company policy.
• Ensure timely confirmation of all bookings.
• Maintain clear and organized records of reservations and availability.
• Report to the Assistant General Manager – Operations.
Salary Range: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location: Goa (Applications open only to Goa-based candidates)
