Academic counsellor
Responsibility:

- Assess academic and career needs of students.
- Responsible for the maintenance of information on the advising website.
- Interact in a positive manner with staff, students and parents both on call and in face to face interaction
- Organize information session, collect advisor bios, oversee student adviser selection process, and register students for batches.
- Develop and implement an ongoing procedure and analysis for curriculum review, development, and/or revision as well as provide information needed for strategic planning.
- Ensuring their selection by explaining and showing previous results of the institution
- Coordinate with the faculties to update the schedule of classes to the students if needed
- Work on the target and timely achieving it
- Present the course details in seminars in colleges or schools if demanded
- Maintain the data of the student admission

Eligibility:

- Bachelor's Degree in business or counselling
- Well-versed in UPSC civil services examinations and other govt exams
- Exhibit strong leadership and problem solving skills.
- Strong command of English language and good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
