**_Hiring for SSE/PSE/TS - Automation Testing_**
- Must have 3-20 Yrs of relevant experience in Automation Testing
- Must have good analytical programming skills any of Java/Python/Java Script
- Must have good understanding of the Automation setup in lines with CI/CD with exposure to tools like Jenkins/Teamcity, etc.
- Must have experience in managing automation code in a repository with exposure to Branch Management, Code Review and MR management processes and best practices
- Must have good understanding of various automation frameworks available and expertise in at least one of TestNG/Junit/BDD automation frameworks
- Must have excellent analytical troubleshooting skills and ability to own problems through to resolution
- Very Strong Functional Testing fundamentals
- Proficient in bug tracking and test management toolsets (JIRA, SVN, GIT, Jenkins, HP-ALM)
- Strong understanding of overall architecture of systems under test
- Strong experience in Test Strategy, test plan, Test design, test execution traceability matrix, test report and ensure usage of tools for optimization
- Team player - highly proactive team player eager to support your colleagues when needed
- You are prepared to take on responsibility for tasks and work independently
- You present excellent organizational and time management skills
- You have strong communication skill and vendor handling experience
- Provides regular status reporting to key stakeholders including progress, risks, issues and mitigation steps
- You demonstrate ability to effectively work both independently and within multi-functional project teams than span multiple time-zones
- A proven ability to pick up and learn a wide range of new technologies and topics
- You are a self-starter, being able to take ownership of tasks on short-notice and work under stress & challenging deadlines

**Nice to have:

- Good understanding of API / DB based testing and implementation knowledge of these concepts in an automation framework
- Working knowledge in any of the Mobile App / Mobile Web Automation tools
- Basic understanding of cloud based automation execution and maintenance from automation frameworks
- Knowledge or basic experience of agile development processes (SCRUM) is a great plus
- Knowledge of software engineering lifecycle process is a plus
