**About us**
Office Timing: 11AM to 5PM (6 hours)
Working Days (Weekly): Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
Paid Leave: Sunday off and one medical leave in a month
**Responsibility**
A **customer care executive** is a professional responsible for communicating the how’s and why’s regarding service expectations within a company. These professionals perform a number of duties, including:
- **Answering Phones**: They handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues.
- **Issue Resolution**: Customer care executives deal with customer issues and provide easy-to-follow solutions.
- **Order Management**: They manage payment and delivery of customer orders.
- **Product Assistance**: Helping customers choose the right product based on their requirements and budget.
- **Complaint Handling**: Timely management of customer concerns and complaints.
- **Promotions and Deals**: Informing customers about upcoming promotions or deals.
- **Building Rapport**: Establishing positive relationships with clients and customers.
- **Data Analysis**: Creating reports based on customer satisfaction statistics.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Fixing appointments based on customer availability
