Introduction:
The Treasury Asset and Liability Management (ALM) Transform programme is focused on the delivery of the required changes that will build adherence to BCBS368 regulatory expectations, improve the ALM control environment and create the capabilities to drive additional commercial value across ALM risk management and hedging activities. The purpose of this role is to identify the most appropriate implementation approach for the required changes across modelling, controls and processes operated within the ALM Centres of Excellence.

What will you be doing?
- Working for the head of ALM Transformation, lead a team of BAs to establish data, modelling, reporting and process changes required to reach a target state operating model design for Treasury ALM
- Take ownership for the delivery of a particular aspect of the ALM data, modelling or process transformation requirement
- Produce high quality documentation clearly communicating target state operating model design and requirements, ensuring all change designs incorporate full adherence to control standards
- Coach other Transformation Analysts to clearly and succinctly document and communicate analysis results and change requirements

What we’re looking for:

- Experience of working within large scale change programmes as a data, modelling or processes business analyst
- Experience of working with technology and business process owners across the organisation
- Continuous improvement mindset to drive an improved operating environment
- Understanding of BCBS368 changes and their implications for asset and liability management activities
- Knowledge of the ALM reporting frameworks and environment

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Good understanding of Interest Rate Risk Management and Hedging processes
- Good understanding of expectations in relation to controls to support the production of BAU reporting activities
- Good understanding of expectations in relation to controls to support management of interest rate risk in the banking book
