The role entails direct customer interaction and is responsible for acquisition of Cross Sell customers for a designated branch. It will also entail explaining and selling banking products to customers and acting as a link between customers and bank - ensuring best in-class service to the customers. The role bearer has a responsibility to supervise catchment mapping, customer feedback and identifying and converting potential opportunities. The role bearer is responsible for driving client acquisition, deepening customer relationships, and capitalizing on lifetime value in each relationship to achieve larger organizational goals.

**Position Overview**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of personal loan products and lending processes.
- Meeting Month on Month Sales target
- Sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them.
- Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products, operations, and current market trends.
- Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and provide high quality customer service.
- Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service.
