**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer loan requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Explain the loan process, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with back-end teams for documentation, verification, and approval.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in CRM.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle queries or issues efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in loan sales or financial product sales (fresher with strong sales aptitude may be considered).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Willingness to travel locally (if field sales is involved).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in banks/NBFCs/DSAs in loan sales.
