**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products (Business Loans, LAP, Home Loans, Auto Loans).
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant loan options.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, and documentation process.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly for conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for loan processing and documentation.
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolution.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, preferably in loans or finance.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and banking services.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
