Join our team and be the game-changer we need. You'll team up with passionate cricket enthusiasts to drive our product-led acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies for our valuable Pro Users. Your mission: to bowl over our Pro subscribers with innovative ideas and stellar execution.
- You'll start by diving deep into our subscribers' minds, understanding their needs, and behaviours.
- Your role will be a hat-trick of responsibilities:

- crafting and executing creative engagement strategies,
- conducting user surveys to gather invaluable insights, and
- using your social media wizardry to promote our Pro features.
- Plus, you'll keep an eagle eye on performance metrics to keep refining our game plan.

**What do you need to bring to the **pitch**:
**Innovative Thinking and Execution** - Proven experience in hitting creative ideas out of the park and driving user engagement.

**User-Centric Approach** - A deep understanding of consumer behaviour to ensure every initiative is designed with our users in mind.

**Social Media Savvy** - Prior experience in social media marketing to effectively promote our Pro subscription features.

**Survey and Data Analysis Skills** - Ability to design and conduct surveys, analyse the results, and turn insights into action.

**Excellent Communication** - Strong communication skills to articulate your ideas and interact with various teams and users.

**Adaptability and Versatility** - Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and adapt to the ever-evolving needs of our community.

And, of course, a **love for cricket** If you eat, sleep, and breathe cricket, you'll fit right in with our team of enthusiasts.
