**What are we looking for in you?**
- Precision and love for data (Because you will have to work with loads of data with precision)
- Preferably, a good grasp of drawing insights (Be it social media insights, user insights anything)
- Good communication skills (Have your way of talking with our users)
- Ability to multitask (and keep your Zen mode on because you will need it)
- Any content marketing experience will be an added experience

**What are we looking for, from you?**
- Diving deep into data & bringing out insights that can help us make CricHeroes better.
- Interacting with users to know CricHeroes from their perspective
- Help us build new product features & improve the existing ones.
- Help us make CricHeroes user base bigger and bigger by listening to their needs using surveys, focused group discussions & user interviews.
