We are seeking Dutch Language Experts to join our team as Customer Support Executives in Gurugram. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and are fluent in Dutch (C1 certified)

Job Description for a Customer Support Executive

Process Name - Dutch Language

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting customers with their technical queries and providing top-tier support.
- Should have strong command of Dutch language
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of customer support experience, with technical troubleshooting skills.
- Language requirement: Fluent in Dutch (C1 certified)

Shift Timings - 5 days working - 24*7 shift (9 hours)
- 2 rotational week offs

Job Location: 76-A, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18 Gurugram, Haryana 122016

Remuneration (CTC): 11 Lakhs Per Annum(CTC)
