- Responsibilities_
- _Manage and compile payroll inputs received from outside of Workday (or its replacement) - Payroll earnings and deductions as per country (US) requirements._
- _Manage and administer time keeping data._
- _Time and attendance data collation and submission to payroll vendor._
- _Update holiday / PTO balances and accruals_
- _Administer Leaves_
- _Share pre-payroll inputs with country specific payroll vendors as per defined timelines._
- _Process adjustments and additional payments (including reversals, corrections, and severance payments, stocks and equity)._
- _Process yearend tax statements._
- _Perform payroll and time audits and reconciliation._
- _Follow quality requirements and act in compliance to local Laws and regulations._
- _Perform additional responsibilities from quality area, leading improvements, providing trainings._
- _Maintain process documentation._
- _Manage scheduled standard payroll reports from the payroll system (Workday)_
- _Deep understanding of quality & compliance to North/South America local laws & regulations is necessary requirement._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Any Graduate / Postgraduate_
- _Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills in English_
- _Relevant HRSS experience_
- _Relevant experience in NA HRO e-Time and Payroll domain_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _ADP e-Time_
- _Workday_
- _Service Now_
