- S u m m a r y:
This Sales Office role supports the sales team by assisting with daily
operations, managing customer interactions, and contributing to lead
generation and sales growth. This position requires strong communication,
organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
C u s t o m e r I n t e r a c t i o n:
accurate and timely information about products/services.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue
resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential
c u s t o m e r s.
Sales Support:
- Assist with lead generation activities, including identifying potential
customers and preparing marketing materials.
- Prepare and inaintain sales reports and dashboards, tracking key
performance indicators (KP|s).
E x p o s o m e
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve s a l e s targets and
objectives.
A d m i n i s t r a t i v e Ta s k s:
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM)
systems.
- Process sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare presentations and reports for sales meetings.
Qualifications:
- Education: Engineering bachelor's degree or equivalent
e x p e r i e n c e.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience especially in water treatment
c h e m i c a l s a l e s or c u s t o m e r s e r v i c e roles.
- S k i l l s:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time m a n a g e m e n t skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workplace
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part oí a team.
- Problem-solving skilis and attention to detail.
