**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch appropriate products/services.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Follow up with leads to close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain a database of customer information and sales records using CRM tools.
- Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, issues, and interests to the marketing and product teams.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain confident.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
