**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Need to handle Inbound calls from customers to assist them with their queries
- Sometimes need to make outbound calls to give information to customers
- Provide delivery information to customer care
- Should have convincing skills
**Key Competencies and Skills**:
- The patience and ability to engage customer's conversation
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
**Education**:
- Graduate fresher or Undergraduate.
- Good typing skills
