**Job Title: PR and Marketing Fresher**

**Job description**

As a PR & Marketing Fresher, you will support the marketing and public relations teams in executing campaigns, building brand awareness, and managing communications. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in PR or marketing, offering hands-on experience in both fields. You’ll assist in managing media relations, executing marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and supporting content creation.

**Public Relations**:

- Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and content for various communication channels.
- Support media outreach and build relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Monitor media coverage and track PR metrics.
- Help organize and manage press events, product launches, and corporate events.
- Maintain media contact lists and databases.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of PR and media relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design skills (preferred).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creativity and a proactive attitude toward learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Internship or project experience in PR, marketing, or communications.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
