**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ **Marble Stock Management**: Keep track of incoming and outgoing marble slabs, blocks, and processed materials. Ensure proper documentation and arrangement.
✔ **Marble Cutting & Polishing Supervision**: Oversee the cutting, grinding, and polishing processes to ensure high-quality finishing and minimize wastage.
✔ **Job Work Supervision**: Monitor workers handling marble processing, including edge cutting, surface finishing, and sizing. Ensure smooth workflow.
✔ **Marble Block Inspection**: Inspect raw marble blocks for quality, size, and defects before processing. Coordinate with suppliers and machine operators for precision cutting.
✔ **Processing & Management**: Supervise the movement and processing of marble from raw blocks to finished slabs, ensuring proper handling and production efficiency.
✔ **Safety & Quality Control**: Ensure workplace safety, proper handling of equipment, and adherence to quality standards.
✔ **Team Coordination**: Work closely with laborers, machine operators, and management to achieve smooth operations and timely production.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in the marble industry OR a confident fresher who can efficiently manage the tasks.
**Knowledge**: Basic understanding of marble stock management, cutting, polishing, and quality inspection.
**Skills**: Strong supervision, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
**Physical Fitness**: Ability to work in a factory environment and inspect heavy marble blocks.
**Education**: No specific degree required, but knowledge of marble processing is essential.
**Location**: Must be willing to work full-time in Kishangarh.
